Crawfish Boil Tickets29th Annual Rotary Crawfish Boil / Friday April 23, 2021 / Las Palmas Race Park / Cost: $75 RAIN OR SHINE
About The Crawfish Boil
Since 1991 the Rotary Clubs of McAllen have held The Crawfish Boil. A reason for the success of The Crawfish Boil is simple: every year we bring together great food, great music, cold drinks and great friends which equals one great time. But in the beginning, The Crawfish Boil was just an outing for about two hundred or so who had a craving for some fresh Louisiana Crawfish.
Now The Crawfish Boil will be held at the Las Palmas Racepark in Mission and has grown into one of the largest crawfish boils in Texas! This year, because of the pandemic, attendance will be limited. And once they make their way into the building, they will feast their eyes on a spread that would make a Cajun feel at home! The Crawfish Boil is proud to prepare live Louisiana crawfish, andouille sausage, potatoes, corn, soft drinks and plenty of ice cold refreshments! If that wasn’t enough, The Crawfish Boil wouldn’t be complete without great live music.
So bring your appetite and your dancing shoes to the one and only Crawfish Boil. Tickets are $75 per person and the proceeds benefit many local charities through the Rotary Clubs of McAllen. Get your tickets online today! Whatever you do, get your tickets now because space is limited and they will go fast! And make sure you’re not late because the food is served from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
Q: Is it all you can eat/drink?
A: People often say the Crawfish Boil is all you can eat and all you can drink. Spoiler alert... It's not. I would think the only place where you can get unlimited crawfish and beer is in Heaven. We serve ALOT of crawfish (Andouille sausage, potatoes and corn) but we will run out eventually. You can go back for seconds, thirds, etc. but when we run out.... we are out! So get there early to get your fill. As for the beer, we have professional bartenders that will cut you off if they believe you have been over-served - just like any bar in the country. You will get tickets for beer when you arrive. If you run out, don't worry... you can get more if we believe you aren't over-served. Most importantly, if you plan on drinking at the Boil, PLEASE TAKE AN UBER OR LYFT. We want everyone to have a great time, but more importantly, we want you to get home safely so you can join us again next year!
Q: What comes with my ticket?
A: With your ticket, you will get everything you need: crawfish, ice cold beverages to wash it down, and the concert!
Q: Does my child need a ticket?
A: That depends on the age of the child. If your children are still in your lap and won’t be eating trays of crawfish, you should be good. Think: little kids. If your kids are bigger and want to chow down on crawfish, unfortunately, they will need a ticket.
Q: What does this event a fundraiser for?
A: This is the primary fundraiser for the McAllen South Rotary Club. Proceeds from this event go to making our community a better place to live. We have paid for and built for homes through Habitat for Humanity, we have provided scholarships, we have helped other organizations with work and contributions such as Comfort House, CASA, Boy Scouts of America, Capable Kids, the Palm Valley Animal Center and so much more!
